It outlines the nature of some of the difficulties that children and adults can experience during periods of transition in an international setting, and outlines some suggestions for making transitions as smooth as possible. Methods in Maths Part 2 (Infant) Friday 2nd March in Infant Staff Room Find out about early multiplication and division, useful websites and our approach to homework. To be led by Gill Elrick and Ruth Martin and suitable mainly for the parents of Year 1 and 2 children, but all welcome. First Steps, Next Steps... Take Off! (Infant) Friday 16th March in Infant Cookery Room Learn about the six areas of learning in the Nursery and Reception Foundation Stage Curriculum and discus how your child's needs are met. We would also welcome your feedback on our new reporting prgress cycles. To be led by Karen Rowe and Ruth Martin and suitable for the parents of children in the Nursery and Reception Units.
