• Four pages of the application form need to be signed by either of the parents / legal guardian :
• Student details
• Parents details
• Acknowledgement of fees Policy
• Health information form
• Submit the completed application form to the Registrar (see address below) with the other requisitedocuments
  ¡V no registration fees are required at this point.
• The School will contact you to set an interview date for the applicant.

Only when the above stages have been completed to the satisfaction of the school will arrangements for the school bus service be made ¡V a separate registration form.
